OVER 18 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
DANIEL LUCAS ENGENHARIA E SANEAMENTO, was created in 2002 with the objective of providing services in the elaboration of studies and projects of sanitation, sanitary and rainwater infrastructure, mainly proposing conceptions, elaborating projects and providing solutions for Sanitary Sewage Systems, Water Supply and Pluvial drainage in several subdivisions, condominiums and buildings.
Today the technical team is growing and serving new and large projects, in addition to having contracts with sanitation concessionaires and serving contracts with municipalities. During that time, we acquired extensive experience in carrying out and approving projects, in addition to good transit in bodies such as CESAN, SAAE, CITY HALL, FUNASA, IEMA, IDAF, among others.
LATEST PROJECTS
Elaboration of projects for the sewage collection network, lift and discharge line in the TPD - Terminal de Produtos Diverse and in the TPM - Terminal de Praia Mole in the Tubarão complex.
Located in Viana/ES, in the Industrial district, with 265 lots in a total area of approximately 218,100 m², developing the Water Supply and Sanitary Sewage System projects.
Located in Domingos Martins/ES, in a total area of approximately 120,000 m², developing: review of the Water Supply project;
Located in Santa Leopoldina/ES, with 430 residential units in a total area of approximately 874,000 m², developing the Water Supply System, Pluvial Drainage and Sanitary Sewage projects
